MEET KATHERINE
Katherine is an actor and producer known for the film Grafton, an official selection at 20 film festivals (9 wins, 6 nominations) including Dances with Films, Chelsea, and Soho. For Grafton, she received a Breakthrough Female Performance nomination at Festival of Cinema NYC for her portrayal of a woman navigating fractured identity.
She started studying ballet at the age of 3, eventually going on to debut at the Guggenheim Museum dancing for Shen Wei Dance Arts (choreographer of the Beijing Olympic Games Opening Ceremony).
A London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art grad, Katherine also trained in classical Shakespeare at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, and received a B.A. in Political Science and Dance from Marlboro College. She is an alumna of The Putney School.
Her television credits include a recurring role as a volatile choreographer in the darkly comedic series The Hunter, and as the lead in Amazon Prime's thriller Overload (LA Movie Awards for Best Actress).
Katherine's first foray into producing was on the feature film Northern Borders starring Bruce Dern. She has since produced and curated more than 50 artist residencies and development initiatives supporting work in film, dance, circus, music, and interdisciplinary arts. Her producing work is now housed within KRSP Productions, her independent production company.
She is the Founder of Weatherhead Hollow, a wedding venue and creative residency space on a 1792 farmstead in Vermont. She presses her own cider and trains in ground acrobatics and trampoline. For current news, follow her on Instagram.
